- Peel and diced potatoes and add them to the pan also.
- mix 2 stock cubes to 500ml of boiling water until they desolve then add the seasonings then add to the pan.
- top up the rest ov the pan with cold water. so all the veg and meat is covered.
- Bring to the boil for 20mins
- Turn down to simmer, i usually simmer for roughly 2hours.
- Taste and add more seasonings should you wish.
- Slice up your French Stick
- Plate up and ENJOY!!!!
