The ingredients needed to make Mango delights:
  1. Get 1 cup all purpose flour/maida
  2. Prepare 1/2 tsp baking powder
  3. Get 1 pinch baking soda
  4. Take 8 tbsp condensed milk
  5. Prepare 8 tbsp mango pulp(I used alphanso pulp)
  6. Prepare 4 tbsp melted butter
  7. Take 7-8 drops vanilla essence
  8. Get for icing:
  9. Take as required Whipped cream
  10. Prepare as required Mango slices and mango balls as required
  11. Make ready few mint leaves
Instructions to make Mango delights:
  1. Sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Keep aside
  2. Combine the condensed milk, mango pulp, melted butter and vanilla essence in another bowl. Mix well.
  3. Add the flour mixture little at a time to the wet mixture and mix gently using a wooden spoon or spatula.
  4. Add some water if required(about 2 tbsp), to get a batter of dropping consistency.
  5. Pour about 1 tbsp of mixture into each muffin liner dusted by some flour, placed in a muffin tray.Tap a little and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.Take out and cool the cup cakes.
  6. Alternatively you can microwave it by placing in silicon moulds and microwave on micro medium for 7 minutes and on micro high for 2 minutes. Cool
  7. Decorate the cooled cup cakes with whipped cream, mango slices, mango balls and mint leaves, or as desired. Enjoy!!
