  2. Then take a pan, heat some mustard oil
  3. Once the oil is heated, add cumin seeds to it
  4. Then add red chillies to it
  5. Next step is to add diced mangoes in the pan. Cover the pan.
  6. Let the mangoes get fried and soften a bit
  7. Remove the cover after sometime and add sugar to it.
  8. Once the sugar gets dissolved completely. Let the mangoes absorb it. Keep it on low flame.
  9. Now add water to improve its consistency. Let it cook for sometime
  10. Serve
