- Blend tomatoes to smooth paste.heat pressure cooker add desi ghee.once hot add black cardamom,pepper corns, garlic,onion,bay leaf, green chillies.saute
- Add all veggies one by one and saute add tomato puree. Mix well add turmeric powder.saute till aromatic.add water gradually as we have added tomato puree, salt.mix well.
- Give two whistles.serve hot with curd and salad.tastes yum.before blending deseed tomatoes.do not add any additional powder masala.as it tastes good with minimum masala.
